Boating on Grand Lake

It was a gorgeous day to be out on the water. We split up between two boats and have a lovely time!

All the kids got to be the captain
After cruising around Grand Lake we headed over to a small island on Shadow Lake
We had to fit through this tiny opening between the lakes
We docked at a little island and the sun was still shinning
But the clouds quickly moved in
And not only did it pour down rain it also hailed!
It was crazy and we are so glad we were stopped at this time
Then the storm moved out as quickly as it arrived
All of us together at lunch in Granby
