He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot;
Piper could hardly believe her eyes that Santa Claus arrived from the North Pole on his special pre-Christmas sleigh just to visit. Santa was flattered she dressed for the occasion and snugged her tight so they matched even more. Piper was left to wonder who that man was. We think he’ll be back in a few weeks and if she’s lucky. Who knows? She might have something to open on Christmas morning!
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight,
"Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good-night."

Did Princess Piper Cupcake ask for an official Red Ryder BB gun or will that request come next year? We have one here in Beaver just in case…
