Being so sweet

Piper really turned on the charm today for Grandma Snitger’s last day in Pasadena before she has to head back to Beaver in the morning.  Lots of playing and smiles accented the day where Piper stole the show.  She going to miss her grandmother but only for a short while when they get back together in a few weeks.

It’s really been a blessing to have Grandma Snitger out here for this time.  She really helped us out in creating order where there was none.  For this and all the love and joy she kept in our home and our hearts, we are all very grateful.  We really look forward to having you back out again.  We sure can return the favor and send her off to you in Beaver for extended stays when she hits those teenage years.  Those are the real precious moments we don’t want you to miss.

Thanks for everything and come back soon Grandma Snitger!

  1. It  has been a pleasure being here  with Jen, Dave and Piper these past four weeks.  It is very hard to leave this beautiful little girl but I leave knowing she has a wonderful Mom and Dad to take care of her.  Jen and Dave will be amazing parents to Piper and she is very fortunate to have them.  So with a little sadness in my heart I leave tomorrow but I will be back to enjoy this loving family very soon.
Thank you, Jen and Dave  for letting me share these special moments !
                                              Love,

  2. These have to be the best pictures yet.  How happy and content she looks.  I hope some day when Piper grows up and reads this blog she will see how much everyone loves and cares about her no matter how far away we all are.  I also hope she knows what a special grandma she has and how lucky she was to have her for her first month of life.  Not only is she a great grandma and mother, but a very special friend.  Can’t wait to see her when she gets back.

    Love,
    Judi

  3. Oh my goodness. Just when you think that the photos can’t get any cuter, there she is more adorable than ever! This has been such a special time for all of you and Piper has had a great start -she must have known how wonderful it was going to be, that’s why she arrived here early!!Grandma will be back very soon to love and squeeze her again. But all of us back here are anxious to have her back, even for just a few weeks. Take care and please keep the photos coming – they are fabulous.
    Love ya lots.
