We helped our friend George celebrate his 50th birthday at the Santa Anita Race Track. It was so great to see so many friends we haven’t seen in years! We are also loving this cool weather that has rolled in.

It’s never too cold for ice cream! The temperatures this week have been really cold but that didn’t stop us from having an ice cream treat. We met up with Katherine and Elizabeth and had a good time. Here’s some silly photos.
Piper’s school held their open house tonight. It was so nice to see her classroom and all the great things they have been working on. This was also a chance for us to meet the 2nd grade teachers and see what the next year brings.

After a week of sweltering temperatures it’s cooled off again. Whew!
Piper was invited to Nathan’s birthday party and was the only girl invited because they are such good friends. She didn’t mind a bit. It was at Dave and Busters and loads of fun!
