Piper had Francesca over after school.  The girls are so good.  After a snack they got right into homework to get it out of the way.

Ever since got home from Beaver the kids have been sleeping together in Andrew’s room. He has a daybed so Piper is using the trundle. They love each others company at night and don’t want to split up.  It’s really sweet.

Piper had a great day celebrating her birthday.  She was so lucky to have a party on her actual birthday.  In the evening we went to our neighbors for dinner and more celebrating. We had a special party celebrating Piper’s 9th birthday.  The party was based off of Cutthroat Kitchen on the Food Network but our theme was crafting.  The girls decorated bracelets and frames while participating in challenges.  Everyone had a great time. It’s hatch chili time…

Happy birthday to the best daughter in the world.  We love you. 

Piper was the star of the week at school and she also got to celebrate her birthday today.  As a special treat I brought in lunch and the three of us sat together.  It was a fun day!  Now she can’t wait for tomorrow.    These are a collection of the compliments her classmates gave her.
