Andrew had a hard time leaving his 2nd grade teacher this year.  Actually all the students had a hard time because they were all crying at the end of the day.  The only class I saw doing this.  Ms. Page was the best!  Andrew had a terrific year and made so many friends.   Student led conference Ready for summer! Last days walking to school together.

We attended the 5th grade Continuation Ceremony on Thursday.  It was a nice event to celebrate the class.  On the last day of school they had a clap out for the 5th graders.  All the grades stand in the hallway and applaud as the leave the building.  It was really moving.  We can’t believe Piper is moving on to middle school.

 The 5th graders had a special treat on Wednesday.  They got to walk to the pool for a celebration party and the pool was just open for them.  Too bad the weather wasn’t warmer although the kids didn’t mind.

Andrew completed phase 1 of his orthodontist work and got his braces off today.  He will need another round once he loses all his baby teeth which will be awhile.  The office gave him a goodie bag of all the treats he wasn’t aloud to eat with braces.

Last night we woke up to a hail storm.  It was pretty crazy! The last week walking to school and we are still dressing warm.  Daddy’s flight was canceled in the morning due to the hail storm.
