Today we lucked out and were able to go to the pool with our friends!

Today was the last day of swim team and they let the parents in to watch the time trials. Piper did great again and we were so proud of her! It’s nice she found this great sport.

Tomorrow they get to celebrate by going on the water slide, making tie-dye shirts and having fun!

Today we checked out City Park and the kids played on the giant old school play structure. We have never been here and will definitely be back to explore more.

Piper has been wanting to try oil painting after being inspired by Bob Ross. She got set up and followed one of his videos while she painted. It turned out beautiful!

We took a tour of the Shelby American Collection of cars today in Boulder. It’s dedicated to the legacy of Carroll Shelby and the Shelby American Team. The collection celebrates the rich heritage of the world’s most famous racing cars and includes Cobra, Shelby Mustang and Ford GT 40. These are the cars that changed the face of auto racing in the 1960s. There is also an extensive amount period photographs, memorabilia and tributes to the pioneer drivers and visionaries of the era. It was a great way to spend an afternoon!
