Sunday we took a gold mining tour at the Phoenix Gold mine. Phoenix Gold vein that runs through the tunnel.   The tunnel where the you can see where the gold vein is holding up the hillside. More photos of the gold mixed with other metals. Feeding the chipmunks after the tour.  Beautiful Fall leaves. Panning for gold after the tour.  We found a few sparkly rocks.

Andrew’s class went on a field trip to the library where they learned about community.  The library is close to the school so they got to walk which was a fun treat.  At his desk
