Holiday Lights

While Piper and Daddy were doing a virtual clue room with Aunt Becca, Uncle Tommy and Brianna we took a stroll around the neighborhood to look at lights. We made some hot chocolate and walked to the Town Center. They changed the color of the lights this year and they aren’t as pretty as they used to be but it was still nice to see. It got us in the holiday spirit!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a quiet Thanksgiving but we were so happy to talk to family over Zoom. This year we changed the menu up for surf and turf. We served miso cod, steaks for the kids, twice stuffed potatoes and a cranberry salad. We also decorated cookies and a played a Thanksgiving themed bingo.
After dinner we took a walk around the neighborhood. We were so glad to see our favorite Christmas house was already up. It’s so fun to see the lights dance to the music!
Then we made popcorn for a movie night of Home Alone
The 2020 Christmas jammies!

Winter Wonderland

We finally had our first big snow of the season! It’s nice being on break to enjoy it! Andrew made a cool snowman and we all went sledding in the evening.

Our cats love being out in the snow. Go figure!?
After sledding we played a game of Chicken Foot that Uncle Randy and Aunt Sandy taught us. So fun!
