We had a nice last day together in Arizona. We again started with a little golf and a bike ride. Then we went to North Scottsdale and visited an old co-worker. They live in a beautiful house with the view of Pinnacle Peak. We also stopped in Scottsdale for some more yummy ice-cream at the Sugar Bowl before dinner. The kids have enjoyed the amenities so much this week.

New Years Day
Our New Years day was a chilly one but that didn’t stop Piper and Andrew from wanting to swim. They had such a good time even though it was a balmy 43 degrees. The pool water was warm. After that we did more bike riding, played some golf and relaxed by a fire pit at the club house at the end of the day.

Living the Good Life
We are taking full advantage of relaxing this week. Today we swam, rode our bikes, played a little golf and enjoyed the sunset. Ah….we might never leave….

Ice Skating and More
We were lucky to find an outdoor ice skating rink in downtown Phoenix. The ice was a bit rough but we eventually got the hang of it. The kids have really enjoyed ice skating this season.
Visiting Sweet Julia a show we watch on the Food Channel was a lot of fun. Unfortunately she wasn’t there today but we did get some treats.
