Today we went on a big adventure to Mount Evans. It’s the highest paved road in North America. The views were gorgeous but it was hazy. We saw lots of wild animals which was a treat! On our way back home we stopped at Echo Lake and had pie. That seems to be a theme after our adventures.

We spent the afternoon in Estes Park and it couldn’t have had a better day. We had a picnic lunch by the lake, then took a gorgeous horseback ride into the Rocky National Park. What amazing views! The day ended with some pie that apparently, we needed. 🙂

We took a walk through Central Park this evening and splashed on our way home.
It was a beautiful weekend to be out. We spent the afternoon in Evergreen on Saturday and then went to Wash Park on Sunday.
