The Bunny at the LA Zoo

The kids had fun searching for their Easter baskets after breakfast.  It was a treat opening the eggs to see what candy was inside along with the other goodies in their basket.  Andrew had a special Mickey basket this year because he LOVES Mickey.

Grandma gave them a bear and bunny with their names on them.  We also talked to Grandpa over the computer before dinner.

We had our friends over for Easter dinner.  The kids did a big egg hunt in our backyard before we ate.  It was another gorgeous day.

This morning Piper went to her friend Stella’s birthday party.  A princess made a surprise appearance to help celebrate with the girls.  Piper’s friend Emerson was also there and they hung out most of the time.  They were very silly together.

Piper, Grandma and Andrew had fun dying Easter Eggs.  It was such a nice day that we dyed them outside.  Andrew had fun plopping the eggs into the bowls.
