We did a little ice skating after school in downtown Los Angeles at Pershing Square.  Piper’s friend Nathan joined us on our adventure.  We skating the 4 o’clock session. That was fun because we started in the sun and ended just as it was getting dark.  We practically had the ice to ourselves.  By the end of the session Piper was whizzing around all by herself.  Andrew is still learning.

Andrew’s class is putting on a Christmas Skit until the break.  The children play different characters each day.  Today and yesterday Andrew was the shepherd and innkeeper.  In the back row as the shepherd   In the front row as an innkeeper

We went to the Huntington to see Santa today which is one of our favorite events.  The kids were really excited to see him this year.  Santa is so great.  He takes his time talking with all the children and makes it fun! After we enjoyed some cookies and hot cocoa by the outdoor fireplace.    Looks so grown up this year!

We enjoyed strolling around the Huntington’s Champagne and Shopping day.  There were so many beautiful boutiques to look at.  Later in the evening we enjoyed live Christmas music.
