We celebrated part of Grandma’s birthday in Santa Barbara.  We had lunch at our favorite seafood place and enjoyed the ocean views.   Happy 70th Birthday!!

Since you only turn 70 once we treated Grandma to a night away in Solvang.  It’s located in the Santa Ynez mountains.  Our first stop was a private wine tasting at Bella Cavalli Farms.  It was a beautiful setting and very relaxing.  The kids had a blast with the horses.  After that we ventured into town to see some sights.

We starting celebrating Grandma’s birthday a bit early.  Daddy made her a surf and turf feast and the kids made her favorite lemon meringue pie.  We are so glad Grandma and Grandma are here!  picking fresh lemons Piper is helping AndrewDelish!

We received some rain from hurricane Linda today.  It is very rare to see rain in September but we enjoyed every minute of it!
