We attempted a hike in Eaton Canyon but it was really too hot. The beautiful oak tree at the end of the path had fallen over. It was a sad sight to see.

Before we left we stopped at the Nature Center and got to see a dessert turtle get a bath. He was so cute! 
Then we stopped for an ice cream treat at Mother Moos.
We have been enjoying our time with Uncle David. We’ve spent a lot of time watching him cook and learning new recipes. We also have enjoyed hearing all his stories. It’s nice we had this time together!

Friday we enjoyed a night out with our friends Erin and Aaron. We went to a wine tasting at Barnsdall Art Park. It was a lovely evening!
