Getting some help from a friend…

It was a cold wet weekend so we hunkered in for most of it. 

Grandma was so thrilled to be a part of Grandparents Day this year.  The kids were also excited!  She enjoyed the Spring concert and hanging out in Andrew and Piper’s classrooms.  The kinders performing 3rd grade The Art RoomGrandma was able to help out in library this week which was a treat!

This birthday was special because Grandma was here to help celebrate.  The kids greeted me with breakfast, presents and lots of cards in the morning.  Then we had a delicious lunch in Carpinteria followed by an afternoon at the beach.  I couldn’t have asked for a better day.  It was a gorgeous day to be at the Huntington today with Grandma!  Ladybugs!  (Remember when Piper called them ladybuggas?) If only there was smell-o-vision
