Andrew saw the doctor this afternoon for his 6 1/2 month check-up.  He weighs 17lbs, 60z and is 27 1/2 inches long.  The doctor thought he looked great meeting all his milestones.  He did have to get 3 shots but did really well with them.  We don’t go back until 9 months.

The weather has been feeling more like summertime with it being unseasonable warm.  Tonight the kids played a bit in the yard before dinner.  Piper just loves playing baseball and Andrew just loves watching what she does. 

Grandpa taught Piper how to stand and hit the ball while he was out.  She still goes through her routine saying bat on shoulder, hands together, step and swing each time.  Grandpa should be proud!

Wishing you were here….

This afternoon we went bowling with our mom’s group.  Daddy was able to meet us too.  There were ramps that helped the kids get the balls down the lane plus bumpers for the gutters.  They even had little bowling shoes.  Piper had such a great time and was sad when her game was over.  We will definitely have to go back.

Andrew thought carrots were pretty yummy!  Big sister Piper helped feed him a few spoonfuls.
