We had a very busy Saturday. Grandma and Grandpa Deelo are out visiting and it was so nice to see them.  But we had to travel about 3 hours in the car before we finally got together for lunch.  The place we had plans to go to was closed due to a power outing so we traveled to the next best thing – Barone’s pizza. Traveling around is what took so long.

After lunch we swam at a friends house and enjoyed our last evening at the Huntington for the summer.  It was a beautiful night to take it all in! Ah…..relaxing….. Yes! The ice-cream truck is back!!  She’s been busy this summer doing events so we were sure glad to see her coming down the street again. The desert gardens at the Huntington
