It was a busy week at school. First up was being a volunteer at Andrew’s art class.  They are studying Henri Rousseau  Next was volunteering at the 3rd grade library.  (Eliana and Piper) Reading about Louis BraillePiper holding their class pet which is a Gecko Lizard The Kittens got to visit Piper’s school for share day.  They were a big hit!  Mrs. Flanagan and Piper holding the kittens.   Finally on Friday the school took a field trip to the Norton Simon Museum.  They were able to see works of art from the artists they have studied.  Pictured above is Picasso’s Lithographs.This is a picture painted by Henri Rousseau who they are learning about now.
