We had alot to celebrate today. On Valentine’s Day last year that we found out we were expecting.  What great news on such a special holiday. Piper enjoyed the day and got lots and lots of love.  She spent the day with Kate and took naps, walks and played around the house.  What a sweetheart!  She really knows how to warm up a lovely holiday like Valentine’s Day.

Piper is getting ready for her first Valentine’s Day!  She has been dressing the part all week and can’t wait for the big celebration tomorrow.  We will make sure she gets lots of love and lots of hugs and kisses!

Today, was Piper’s first full day with Kate who will be taking care of her while mum heads back to work.  So far the two of them are getting along great!  Piper took her on a tour of the neighborhood to show her the sights then they had lots of play time together and a few naps.  Mum’s day went pretty well but she missed Piper alot and was glad to get home.

Piper is just growing so fast!  We can’t believe she’s almost 5 months old.  Her new thing is trying to roll from front to back.  She gets herself on her side (see photos below) but then quickly loses interest.  All she needs is just a little more oomph and she’ll have it. 

Tomorrow, mommy heads back to work.  Let’s hope it’s not too bad of a day for her or Piper.

Piper had a great day hanging out and running some errands with mommy and daddy.  The day was filled with lots of smiles, laughs and plenty of sunshine.  The weekends just go by too fast!
